Designed with a CAD-engineered cast bellmouth, this downpipe ensures a smooth and efficient flow of air as it exits the turbocharger's turbine housing. By reducing turbulence when exhaust gases from the wastegate merge with those flowing through the turbine, excessive back-pressure is effectively prevented. The cast housing features a COBB logo and an auxiliary O2 bung, providing the flexibility to install a wideband sensor early in the exhaust path. To enhance durability and ease of installation, a welded bracket is strategically positioned near the transmission, utilizing the factory hard mount. This design reduces stress on the turbocharger mounting bolts and studs, ensuring a secure fit.
Crafted from corrosion-resistant and mandrel-bent 3" 304 stainless steel tubing, the downpipe efficiently carries exhaust gases downstream into a COBB-exclusive GESi 300-cell high-flow catalytic converter. A second O2 bung is conveniently located after the catalytic converter, specifically designed for use with the OEM Rear O2 sensor.
The tail section of the downpipe is completed with a CAD designed, cast 304 stainless steel flange. Engineered for durability, the reinforced cast flange minimizes the risk of warping during assembly, even for those with Hulk-like strength. The downpipe also includes a stainless adapter flange and an MLS gasket, ensuring a direct fit with the factory exhaust or COBB Cat-Back Exhaust using the OEM donut gasket. For added convenience, COBB proprietary shoulder nuts are included, allowing for the easy installation of factory spring bolts. Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. Orders over $1000 may not be able to ship to a different address not listed as the billing address or confirm payment address from the form of payment used. Orders with suite numbers, different billing, or apartment numbers will require signature if valued over $200.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims
Large, oversized, fragile, and performance parts must be inspected immediately upon delivery and before installation. Damage, missing parts, incorrect items, or cosmetic concerns must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the product, outer box, inner packaging, and shipping label.
Please keep all packaging until the item has been fully inspected. Claims may be denied if the item has been installed, mounted, modified, test-fitted, used, reported late, or if the packaging has been discarded.
All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs. Refusal to pay duties/taxes fees prior to delivery will have the product sent back to us. This will be treated a standard return and all fees including original and refusal shipping fees will be deducted from original amount.
Kami Speed serves the right to ship using an alternative method if we see it fit, in order to expedite shipping and reduce your rate depending on product value.
Processing and logistics on in stock international orders will take up to 7 business days to process & ship as sometimes we only have 1 international pickup a week.
In stock, non pre-orders or special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
30 days, unused. Refund = item price minus 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping (if we provide label) is also deducted.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail
Any loan orders will have a 10% cancelation fee to cover the loan processing fees or 3rd party merchant fees. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
